On 23 August 2007 the Mexican National Institute for Anthropology and History (INAH) of the State of Mexico inaugurated a new temporary exhibition " The Prehistory of Mexico and Its Investigators: Helmut de Terra - His Life and Work " at the Tepexpan Museum, about 45 kms. from Mexico City. El 23 de agosto 2007 el Instituto Nacional para la Antropología y la Historia (INAH) del Estado de México inauguró una exposición temporal dada derecho " La Prehistoria en México y sus ínvestigadores Helmut de Terra - Vída y Obra" en el museo de Tepexpan, cerca de 45 kms. del Ciudad de México.
